Kay Story Rewritten
On the 2nd, I posted an AP story saying Kay had not found much in the way of weapons in Iraq. First, I will note that the story has been extensively rewritten several times. It now opens

Both President Bush (news - web sites) and Secretary of State Colin Powell (news - web sites) contended Friday that a vial of botulinum bacteria found in Iraq (news - web sites) is evidence of Saddam Hussein (news - web sites)'s weapons intent. But the chief U.S. weapons inspector said the vial had been stored for safekeeping in an Iraqi scientist's refrigerator since 1993. He offered no evidence it had been used in a weapons program during the last decade.

Basically, the entire article reads like this. First it mentions a finding of Kay's team, and then it belittles it. Nonetheless, it does now acknowledge that Kay did not come up completely empty.
