The University of Maryland has a new Anyone But Bush club, which is fine, but get this:

We are transforming our group into a new, non-partisan group dedicated to preventing George W. Bush from gaining re-election in 2004. This group is centered at the University of Maryland, College Park. Students for Anybody But Bush does not explicitly support any one candidate, but rather works to get Bush out of the White House. Membership is open to any College Park students interested in making W. a one-term president.

Is that the definition of non-partisan? I'm no law-talking-guy, but if that is legit, campaign finance laws might as well not exist.
